i had a website which consist of .asp pages.
i've just redesigned the site and put my website in a unix environment, and i've configured my htaccess file to interpret .asp as php then redirect them to new URLs.

(e.g
www. site .com/page-name.asp to www. site .com/dir-name/ )

there are more than 100 pages that include 301 redirects now. Do you think it is OK? or should i use sitemap, or any other tool?

i am asking this becuase google reindexed them with new URLs but some others vanished (a page is vanished - 2 links from DMOZ).

If you have a free time, you can use a sitemap, but i am not sure, that this method helps you.

More important is link to each new page. It's possible, that the old page is indexing in long interval and robots needn't catch re-indexing all page by now.

I advise you to stay any time, then the robots re-indexing all page.
