Is usage of personal e-mails with links in it could be helpful for getting good position in search engines? Will it have any negative impact?

Emails doesn't give your backlinks, but will give your traffic. If you make the Ad email not like spamming, most people will click the link inside. But don't spam emails, or it will give others a very bad impression.
