I'm not sure how long this message has been there but when clicking the AdWords recommended budget there's a message about detailed budget analysis in 15 days (http://blog.seoptimise.com/2007/01/adwords-detailed-budget-analysis-update.html).
This looks like it will be an excellent addition to give a breakdown about the potential increase in clicks.
