Click-to-Play ads launched in UK

AdWords Click-to-Play ads are now available to UK advertisers (http://blog.seoptimise.com/2007/03/adwords-click-to-play-video-ads-now.html).

It looks this has been added this week, it's the first time I've noticed the Video ad option in my account and the Google UK learning center has a new page about this.

I've actually got a couple of short Aussie travel videos so I might have a play around with it.

added my first video ad yesterday!

Havent seen it anywhere yet but apparently its had 2 impressions and 1 play!

Amazing stuff... Perhaps i should up the CPC a bit :)

Is video ads better than simple ads?

I guess it depends what you are selling. They probably work great for movies and product demonstrations.
