Well, you have mentioned a point that may be the one many webmasters have experienced, sometimes when you reach the positions you like, you can see that the traffic trend has moved direction towards some other keyterms or a top Yahoo ranking might not bring that traffic as you have thought.
It happens all the time.

I think we can apply a special traffic rule for Yahoo. And this rule comes out from 2 categories of people that use it:
(1) "simple mortals" - those who like Yahoo as a search engine, but usually they love Yahoo as PORTAL with many features and then as SEARCH ENGINE. That is why if you are #1 in Yahoo for a band, artist, celebrity - you will get nice traffic. The traffic here is not entertainment + latest buzz + something interesting.
(2) "SEO minded people" - it sounds pathetic to put these people as another category, but many people who know SEO like Yahoo, because Yahoo is more fair about showing backlinks to our sites. Or they do Yahoo search to see another kind of results, unlike the results from Google. But the majority of searches is done in Google by them
So, Yahoo is very specific about traffic. It took me a lot longer to get nice positions in Yahoo on my keywords (compared with Google), but I can't say that these positions give me much traffic. The biggest and most stable traffic source is good old Google.
P.S. This is my view. I don't pretend to make as "authority picture" for everyone to worship :)

My website is providing 'website design' services. I have get nice traffic from google. I feel, yahoo SE is not able to provide me nice traffic if my website was at nice positions in Yahoo on targeted keywords. Yes or no ?

I have no way to prove it and can share just personal *feelings* - nice traffic for your keyword is in Google, not in Yahoo.
And, by the way, if you take stable 1st position in Google for this keyword, with time (sometimes over 6 months) your position in Yahoo will also improve greatly.
