Adwords Account Access Levels

Wahey. Good news...

Google have shipped out 3 different access levels in the UK (http://www.ppcblog.co.uk/google-adwords/adwords-introduces-account-access-levels/), administrative, standard and reports.

Was this already a feature in the US?
