I've been using yahoo pagebuilder as I'm not savvy with html or paitence. I think I can sort of make websites with Publisher or Word but will need an editor I assume to convert it into HTML.

What HTML editor to you pros use???

Or would you suggest a better approach to quick website building with a tool that is already SEO friendly? Open to suggestions! :D

Last q - I recently watched a youtube video about this guy using 19pages.com - does anyone know anything about this site - and are the templates SEO friendly??

Thanks everyone-- I've learned a lot on here so far and your feedback has been tremendously helpful.

There really is no fast optimization, so here are my recommendations. The easiest and affordable way to have an optimized site fast is to buy a templated HTML design you like. Usually these range from $25-$60 and use a free design software NVU to modify your design.
