I am wondering if the engines would follow links within the noscript tag. For instance, we collect stats using javascript that makes calls out to the stats servers. I'm concerned that if the noscript contained links to the stats servers that the spiders might get counted.

Ummm other people are in fact worried about the opposite. Have you tested this in any way?

i think SE only count normal link in href tag without nofollow.

Umm soz, but I thought this thread was about the <noscript> element, not about the rel="nofollow" attribute :)
