The domain has been registered only 4 days back on 18 Oct 2007.
The web-site does not have any pages in Google yet and claims to be
"home to the authoritative database of quality link builders around the world"

The site is at http://www.linkbuildingassociation.com/, and is new. Google has not PR Updated it yet.

Well, I do not believe link building has become that complicated to be using some services like the associations you have just mentioned. Having big names does not mean they are going to be necessarily powerful.

Yes they provide great in content, highly relevant and strong backlinks as they claim, just check out there backlinks to see the "evidence" of this practice :) haha
