Yahoo Rankings Not Stable At All

Hi,

I just wanted to know if I am the only one having seen this or you too are experiencing it, but Yahoo is really making just hourly changes to some web rankings without any reason, no changes have been made, no new links added, but the rankings are too volatile.

Example, No 73 now, then 85, then 102 and then 70 and all of these happen in just one day and then repeating for several days.

Yeah, i am agree.
i have the same experienced but my ranking is sometimes disappear sometimes ranking back.:(

Yesterday, I had a #1 ranking move to #5, then #3 a few hours later, and now it's back to #1. It's the only one I noticed, but it's also the only one I've been paying attention to lately. So, lately, yes, there's been a little shuffling going on.

According to me only Google ranking is trustable.

I think it depends on the niche. My Yahoo rankings do not fluctuate much.

There are still changes in Yahoo Serp but so often
is uncommon.

That might be why Yahoo is struggling at getting their part of the Internet search market.... (just an idea..)

I read on yahoo blog that they are making some changes to their crawling indexing and ranking algorithms .ysearchblog.com/archives/000625.html this could be the reason for this fluctuation on your site dont worry it is supposed to las 5 more days or something :plane:

Very true. Yahoo tunes it so much. It also indexes a lot more than I think it needs to for updates.

yes.......... even gogle and yahoo both changes it. but yahoo is more unstable.........

I think we just don't know the dates when Yahoo and Google schedules their crawling; they do that, however, and all SEO experts can only guess.

I agree with all of u .Yahoo can be slow at ranking sites. Is your site listed in Yahoo at all?
