After less than 24 hours one of the ClaimID owners restored my profile with apologies. I ran a fairly extensive negative media blitz to show just how unhappy I was for losing my account on their website for something I felt was wrong.
After being told that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate my needs they decided to take that extra step and dig into ways of correcting the problem. Sure enough they found a solution and were able to restore my account.
All good deeds don’t go unnoticed so I am sharing my good fortunes on this form since I also took the time to express my frustrations.
I’ll be doing an equal amount of positive media since they’ve restored my profile. All media outlets I utilize for this can be found at ClaimID with a subfolder of /search/. I cannot include URL’s so you’ll have to do a little investigative research to find the profile page; shouldn’t be too hard with a bunch of smart people like you all.
