If the keywords are niche, your domain isn't new or associated with spam and you have some content then maybe.

within initial 3 months, google will not grant rankings for competitive keywords.

You should try concentrating on less-competitive keywords. This will help you to score quick rankings.

For high competitive keyword it is not Possible ... but it can be done with low competitive keywords ..

How fast you get on the front page depends heavily on the niche and keywords you are looking to rank for. Highly competitive keywords are very difficult to rank for, less competitive not so hard.

The biggest thing you need to do is build back links and do a bit of site optimization!

It is possible but as i said depending on your keyword, for instance the random term "jkuiuddzxfdgxdgfxgfxgfxgxdfdnmnmnlkpo6667867587fgf g" is not in the google index but in few hours this site will rank numer one for the term as it vis unused. Tall order. Do a blog on your site and udate new content daily. This will get your site crawled. Find your keywords. Post on forums and blogs (do follow) for back links. Consider doing articles on a couple press sites no duplicate content. Submit sitemap to google. Keep at it and should have good results.

Don't do anything that search engines do not approve of! No paid links no black hat techniques.

Getting in 1st page of google search for highly competitive keyword will be far difficult but for long tailed keywords/keyphrases you can be #1 in less then a week
