Hi guys,
We run tracking on our Pay Per Click campaigns on with specific code in the destination URL’s so we can tell what groups are converting etc.
However, we've just discovered that the tracking URL’s are showing up in the Yahoo Site Explorer as indexed pages. A few questions:
1) Does this mean it counts as duplicate content? (As we have the normal home page and then the home page with the destination URL from MIVA with the tracking codes in them)
2) Why would it be showing up as a seperate page in the first place (it only appears for MIVA, not on our tracking for Google, Yahoo or MSN)
3) How do we prevent it from being indexed - can we no index a page which should simply be for tracking?
I think that's everything - thanks in advance for your help
