My strategy is I just focus on just one keywords eventually the other keywords will follow.

well i suggest you, you must manage on your keywords, having two or three KW to optimize is time consuming, Target the main words and then work through them all.

Focus on the most important keywords first and then on the terms related to those. If you focus on 15 keywords all at once you might not be satisfied with the results. Your link building needs more power (less power for each keyword) as well as your content which needs to be relevant to all keywords.

If you can split the keywords between the pages. With the most important on the homepage, that way you can put the keywords in the titles of the each page, build links for individual pages and as the index page builds strength so will the rest.

15 keywords.. That's a lot. :)

I think you had better focus on the 2 or three most important keywords first before building on the others. This especially goes if your site is in a competitive market.

if you can make your 15 keywords with 5 long tail ones, then it's much better and also time saving for link building etc.

Work first on 5 key words that are more searched. After you optimized for it and able to rank them high in the SERP's, replicate the method you use to optimize the other 5 keywords.. and so on...
