how can i tell if i got penalized by yahoo?

Well, my website it's doing ok in Google. It even has sitelinks, though most of the websites have them these days.

However when i look in yahoo for catman romania (my website is www[dot]catman[dot]ro) the homepage does not appear in the results. I get only the subfolder www[dot]catman[dot]ro[slash]blog which i have never done anything to better promote or it doesn't get that much attention anyway.

The only thing wrong (like the worst) i know about this website, is that the team that worked before me on it, placed some 1px iframes on other website to trick the owner of it to think it has more traffic than real. I was able to convince them to remove some of those iframes, but around 2 or 3 are left in place and i am still struggling to get them out.

In Yahoo Siteexplorer, when logged in, i don't get any errors or messages from Yahoo.

Is there a way to see if my website got penalized by yahoo?

No indexed to yahoo search engine and no possibility of getting and ranks.

You could always ask them directly about why you dont seem to be in their index or even go through the process of submitting your site to be included.
