Search Engine Directory Submission.
Link building.
Word Press Blog with 4 blogs per month.
Optimization of 20-40 search terms.
Website Maintenance.
Google Analytic Reporting.
Ongoing Optimization.
Theme Directory Submission.
Website with 5 pages all Copy writing.
2 Articles Submitted to 5 Articles Submission Sites.
Commit to your content and services.

what I'm trying yo ask is what exactly do you do on a daily basis?

for example if you start by Submissions and then the next one...

I first check the rankings of the websites in the search engines. Then I choose the sites that need more improvement, analyze what may be wrong with it, then everything that follows would depend on what needs to be done for the site.

I'll check to see if there can be improvements done for the site first, like give more information, check on the grammar and placing of content, etc.

After checking on the website, then it's off to SEO. I first go through the social sites and make updates. Once in while, I go into forums (once or twice a week). I make either one week article a week or four article in bulk a month. I do submissions after the articles are done. The rest of the time is then spent on link building.

Well for me I go for Submissions first like Directories, Articles, and Social Boomarking.

then taking a little break by posting on forums and checking up some tips and guides to help me.

after that I check rankings and take note for further improvement.
