Why does Google PageRank fluctuates?

The PageRank is different for the same webpage, when I checked on two different computers. One computer is showing X pagerank while another computer is showing Y pagerank for the same webpage.

There is no way that the data base is retrieving from two different Google datacenters, because, I am operating this in my office. But we have different internet providers. Is that a reason, Please help me out from this.

For me I haven't really experienced this so I cannot be of any help..
