Yea, it is out of the box. Not sure if anyone is giving rep points to anyone else.

But since it is a new forum, rep submissions are worth less. Post count goes into it, I think.

Oh yeah it takes a LOT of one-point reps to nudge someone passed the 100-mark....

Strange. Rep comments/posts aren't showing up. I think if people saw the comments they would be more inclined to give rep to people.
