A best way,for search Keyword by the help of Google Adwords Through Keyword Tools.

You can use google adwords keyword tool, wordtracker free tool, seomoz keyword tool to get the as much as keywords and then you need to sort it out to see which one to target.

Look for long-tail and low competition keywords initially. Google adwords tool will tell you the competition of each keyword.

Generally, it is said keyword with more than three to four words is more targeted and has higher conversions rather than some one word broad keywords.

Also look for search results for that keyword in google with and without quote.
For eg weight loss, and "weight loss". pick up keywords whose competition with quote is less than 50000 to 75000.
