Hi ppl,
My current host only have one c-block per virtual server, would there be any problems linking multiple (about 10 of them, but still unique) sites within one market/niche when they are on the same c-block? or should i look for another host? or as my current host suggested(which i didnt like) sign up for yet another virtual account and be placed on another server of theirs.
thanks,
have a great day!

As long as the linking between the 10 sites are helpful to your users, then I would do it. If it adds no value, then I would not.
No reall value to ranking as google and other SE can tell that the ip is the same.. This is what is called cross linking
Worth having a read on the forum about cross linking try

gabs, they are not on the same ip, but on the same c-block.
rustybrick, yes they will be usefull for the users, carefully placed on specific page(s).

Another thing that if your looking for search engine benifits and all the domains are yours then above how close there ips are you have whois data. If its all owned by the same person then your more or less voting for yourself.

yes, i did decide not to spread my sites out on a bunch of hosts, i decided to stick with the one i have because i really like them.
question is, will it hurt to have them all on the same ip? or do i need to spend some money getting unique ip's from my host for each site or such?
