Bing is redirect by Live.com so it's got PR 9 because live.com is very old and reputable Search Engine!!!

I think we should not be surprised if Bing get PR 9 because the huge page rank increase was because they did redirects from the old live.com to the new bing.com. So, it is still MSN they just made some changes.

I think Bing is one of the great search engines. It runs very fast. It can be accessible on any OS. It takes very less CPU memory.
