64 bit vs 32 bit

I want to purchase a 64 bit Windows 7 OS. However, my computer is a 32 bit processor. So, my question is can I run a 64 bit OS on a 32 bit processor machine?

How it could be possible? You cant run a 64 bit OS on a 32 bit processor machine.

A 64 bit OS need 64 bit processor, too.

It does not work either way.You should purchase a 32 bit processor because its what your computer required.
