Your site probably isn't "banned". Was it every indexed in the first place? Do you see the Googlebot visiting your site through your log files?

Google is slower than the other to big engines about indexing new webstes. MSN is by far the fastest.

Here are some tips to help your site get crawled and indexed by Google, assuming you're not using any black-hat tactics like mirrored domains, hidden text, cloaking, automated reciprocal link-building programs, etc. I don't have time to view your code in-depth and so will just have to trust you when you say you've done nothing wrong. Anyway, back to some tips for you:

- Make sure you have a few QUALITY links pointing into your website from other similar websites, although not too many too fast. Writing a press release might be a good idea to start if you can't think of anyone who would want to link to you. Stay away from link farms.
- Your Adsense ads might help your site get crawled. Just be patient. Being crawled doesn't mean being indexed.
- Make a robots.txt file but make sure everyone is allowed at this point.
- Log into the Google Sitemaps program and create an XML Sitemap to submit to Google. ( http://www.auditmypc.com/free-sitemap-generator.asp ) and ( https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/login ).
- Use a little more interlinking between from within the body of the content. Don't go overboard, but if you see a keyword that has to do with another page, go ahead and link it. Keep to less than one per paragraph to be safe.

Be patient. Google likes to age sites like wine and cheese.:D

You have no listing in archive so far so I guess your not banned but you have given advice on DP in regards to link building Do it naturally . Slowly, don't build to many backlinks in short time.
Like 2000 in 2 days .
Big G likes where things happen naturally .
And gain one way related links.

Which is right but you need some backlinks by the look of it ..

MSn is shows me 35 bls and almost all from forum.. Quality maybe what you need..

Sandbox got nothing to do with indexing.
It effects rankings not indexing or backlink update or PR ...

Some people told me that google has now some problems with indexing and removing pages, a big number of sites with lots of pages (thousands) lost they big number in index.
Like some site has 10000 pages and it was all indexed and now it has 800 pages in index.

I will try to get some quality backlinks and we will see.

Im sure that you don't have problems with droping pages from index, becose you are not in index.

P.S. Fale ti linkovi, par stotina nabavi pa ćeš vidjet jel ima pomaka, teško da je išta drugo u pitanju :)
