actually i am new in the field of seo, please tell me how can i cache my site frequently in google.

Google caches sites that are in the Google index by default. If you do not want you site to be in the Google cache, you can either add the noarchive meta tag or exclude your site from the Google index.

If you mean, "how can I get Google to visit my site more often, so that my cache gets updated more frequently", then you need to get more backlinks and increase the PageRank.

I don't know if I am understanding the question either, but if your trying to get more frequently updated caching from Google find a place to add an rss feed or some type of fresh content that will keep them coming back more regularly.

never re-submit your link many times thinking that your site will be cached each time.
google may penalize you for doing so.
