I don't know how to type better title of thread :)

I have real estate website for croatian market and primary keywords for which i did work on are:

croatia real estate - top 10
real estate croatia - top 10
(i have use this phrases as anchor with similiar varation)

but i did never ever use this as anchor or similiar varation of this phrases:

property croatia - top 40
properties croatia - top 40
...

if you check competition for both, real estate croatia & properties croatia, it seems that property croatia is harder to get...

Im standing in top 40 for property croatia, properties croatia, and other varation,

so this meens if i use real estate croatia as anchor it helps a lot in serps for properties croatia, right? :) or there is another explanation for this serps?

I'd say get some links with that anchor text and perhaps you'll shoot up to top 10 for it. :)

I did not even try to get in top 10 for properties, now i will :)

Nope, not 1 single word on homepage about properties, there are couple of pages with some ads about properties, but thats it. I have around 10 000 pages, G says 27 pages contains word property, 0 word properties.
