I am moving 160 pages to new domain.
I will redirect those old pages from old domain to new one.
Text surely will be the same, just redirection.
Could google recognize this new pages as duplicated content ?
Is the best to erase the text from this old pages ?

Why are your moving in the first place? You are better off, if you can help it, keeping the pages and the old domains in the same place. It will take you much longer to rank the pages on the new site. You will need to 301 Redirect the pages in order to prevent a duplicate content issue.

I am moving to new domain because this new one has much better name.
We are doing some seriously project, some upgrade of the old system/site.
We will do some offline advertising, and then this new domain makes better sense.
(it is better to hear, it is better because of some geo targetting, it has some characteristic of targeted audience).
Pure Example, you have domain for some fresh news, old one will be www.frnews.com and new one would be www.freshnews.co.uk
Competition is not such big for targeted keywords (about 2 milion :) )
Ok, 301 redirect will prevent a duplicate content issue.
Is it better to erase text on old URLs if I set 301 redirect?
