Is there any restrictions for member signatures in this forum; like the number of lines; links; nofollow :) and so on....

Do you use your signature to improve your ranking or to find some customers?

Only who sell seo and related product can find customers from signature on seo related forum. If they post quality post many people look to his signatures.

Maybe signature can help you better ranking but is mostly for better crawling and indexing using signature.

New to the forum today!
So it takes how many post before I can add a signature 25?

Does the Edit Signature Box show then after 25 post or do you add it to the sig box now and at 25 it automatically starts posting it. I don't see the option under CP for edit signature just in profile under yes to show sigs. Thanks in advance!

Why 250 may I ask?

It might stop you from posting just to get a signature.

Not sure what I have done to offend you and this forum.

This is a feature you offer on your forum and I was only asking how to set it up so I don't have to bother with it and can focus of the forum itself. I have been honest in requesting signature on my comments and I offer value to my comments they are not just great job and thanks comments they are truly my thoughts and experiences. I use forums for several purposes yes for signatures links as most everyone does and I use them to learn more about SEO and get inspiration for a blog I do on our site.

I have done only organic links on our site and have never paid for links as this is not welcomed by search engines. I see value in back links and you should see it as a compliment to your forum that I value a back link from your site. I won't participate in your forum anymore but really I have done nothing wrong and feel you have targeted the wrong person for sure.

I wish you all the success with the forum!

250 posts is a bit steep..

Maybe in your next version of the signature allow checker, you should include a time component.

This whole signature thing is brilliant! Every SEO nut in town will post 15 times just to get some links. That means alot of activity, thus making for a great forum with some actual content. I am learning a bit here and it is appreciated. Now I have more to say, but I will save it for another post...hee hee hee
