Google #4 for Search Engine in its own search

Pretty strange that Dogpile would come up before google if you type in search engine from Google. There is not way that Dogpile is as popular from a link standpoint....and hopefully not from a content standpoint.

Very strange....maybe they are trying to prove some un-bias.

Just a guess, but dogpile probably has more links with the anchor text of "search engine" than Google does. Google probably has most links with the anchor text of "google"
