Google Personalized - Down and can not search

Past 15 hours I have been unable to view my feeds while logged into my Google Personalized Homepage. Tonight when I logged in I still saw all my feeds where down with messages on all blank feeds saying "Information is temporarily unavailable."

I then went to search to see if I could see if there was any news about this and when I filled in the search box for any query I got this error message


400 Bad Request
Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request.

I thought perhaps this was a FF issue so I tried with IE, and same things happend. I wonder whats going on?

That message is sometimes indicative of your IP being blocked by Google, usually due to using a ranking checker and sending too many queries to their server. Would that apply in your case?

Hey Donna, another friend of mine was seeing the same thing but it looks like it is fixed now. Strange blip i guess. :-)

I wrote to Google informing them of this issue and here is the response i got yesterday.


Thank you for contacting us. We've made some changes recently that may
have resolved the problem. Please let us know if this error persists on
your Google personalized homepage.
