I have search a product on google and when it shows the results i have noticed that there description was almost same, i don't know from where they got it, i think they have copied from Amzon, but my point is that why google showing us there result on the top if they have duplicate content, is there any thing to notice these things in google or not?

It's hard for Google and other search engines to KNOW which one is the original and which one is the copy. If they don't know, then they show them all - now and again.

Sometimes copy contents sites get good ranking while original contents sites ranking is declined.

Hi,

I think one of the factors works behind topmost SERP ranking are number of visitors visits on it. In addition, if the visitors come on those sites having duplicate content, google allow it.

Using similar content in various sites of yours, article sites creates duplicate content. When you bookmark your URL the description of your site is automatically fetched, any one can bookmark your site if they like it. Social bookmarking will not create duplicate content issues.
