AdWords positioning

I was just wondering if anyone here has seen a change in their positioning on AdWords, in terms of being moved out of the "blue box" of the results and over to the right hand side. We have been moved there for many keywords, including keywords we are ranked #1 for. Does anyone know of a way to avoid this?
