I think you should need to do RND. Means just find out your competitors site and find out their back link and post your site on those site, on which your competitor submitted their site.

You should analyze the keywords and check the keywords of your competitors. Check weather the content on your website is relevant or not that keyword you are targeting. If not, then write content related to your keywords and services you are offering.
