    Google rarely does anything "mistakenly".

I presume that this domain was indeed "parked" at some point, no?

How do you find out that they "marked" it as parked?

anyone post a link to this?

I have checked, and the Google cache shows a page that says that the hosting account was suspended at the time. And it probably was - for however short a period. This can happen if the host didn't receive payment in time, for example. If Googlebot visits the page right at that time, it thinks the page has changed and Google may index it like that shortly after.

Only way to fix it is to get Googlebot (and other bots) to spider it again. Submit your sitemaps (if you have them) or point a couple of new links to your pages to get the bots moving

no actually Matt cuts himself said in his Google Plus ".we marked some domain 'Parked' when they were not actually parked.."and I think my site was victim of this mistake.

    Why do you think this?

because at the same time I lost my ranking when this mistake was made by GOOGLE

Why do you think it is not caused by the "suspended" stated I mentioned earlier?
