Angry Are Ask Jeeves UK Thieves?

As a small advertiser I spent nearly 2k GBP for a branded response ad from ask jeeves, with the promise of daily pdf tracking reports on the campaign and targetted advertising to UK. very succinctly the report/s they produced (that I got after hounding)showed outside UK impressions (my campaign was 35k total) to a whopping 33% of this. When questioned the agent touch plc were told by ask jeeves that they could do little about this but would credit back those wasted. Trying to press this they removed my reports (so I couldnt track my campaign but more importantly evidence up to date of the outside impressions) , finished my campaign and refuse to answer emails sent. I am owed around 12k impressions (2k agreed compensation because of terrible delays in commencement & 10k for impressions from places like thailand and many other areas worldwide!). Has anyone else had the same arrogant treatment. I know that the so called big guys couldn't seem to give a stuff about those who help to put turkey on the christmas table but this is nothing short of internet robbery.
Perhaps I may get a response from someone at ask jeeves - i won't be holding my breath!!!!! btw my google campaign is worth every penny!

I found it impossible to correspond with Ask Jeeve’s. The name is ironic isn’t it?
They take a week to respond to emails when it comes to client problems. Then you must weight another week for every correspondence.

They said they are experiencing growth pains. I wonder what that means?

If they have not delivered a material part of the contract, then sue for your money back. It really is that simple.

I have been considering a UK targetted campaign with Ask Jeeves myself and this doesnt sound very good.

Did you track conversion on those visitors that came through Ask Jeeves compared to Google and Yahoo?
