Who reads Digg or Stumble Upon?

But yeah i really want to know who reads news on digg, stumble upon or Reddit?

I mean we already have some awesome social networking websites like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin to spend our leisure time then why someone would spend time on digg or stumble upon.

Can someone throw me some light as if who are the actual users of such websites and how in real such websites are useful?

In these sites news published thru category wise So these (DIGG,StumbleUpon) site are good.
