Vadim Segal:Way To Use Adword Keyword Tool Effectively

Hi,

I am Vadim Segal. I am new to SEO Please help me with your guidance. Previously also I asked the same question that How I can increase the traffic for my website? After going through SEO recommendations for increasing traffic initially I started with keyword search using Adword Keyword tool which given me list of keywords.

I found that the keyword having low competition are less searched and the keyword having good global and local search have high competition. Should I target High competition or low? Incase I target low, Will I'll be able to acheive traffic ?How much time will it take to show result for my website?

of course you should use only High competition keywords as you use low one you won't gain traffic you want. and the amount of time depends only on you and your hard work.
