1.Articles, Press Releases, Directories, One way, Reciprocal links etc

2. Face Book, Twitter, LinkedIn, Bookmarks, Videos etc

3.Email Marketing,using iKode Newsletter Server can bring hundreds of traffic everyday!

I used to do the first two in the list but iKode Newsletter Server I haven't tried it yet,btw how can you do that one?.
