I spoke with him via email and he promised to stop using it.

If you guys want to email this guy in a few days and see if he replies, that would be cool.

    Thanks!

Take a look at this comment:

    Hello everyone,
    I would to comment that
today everyone uses gmail, yahoo and msn to save their own hired webspace so i strongly disagree with the statement that rustybrick is unique and should be used with other prefixes. Now a days market is very competitive and people use different ways to capture attention, therefore posting this thread is of no sense, however every individual has his or her own oullook.
    Am I wrong here? :-)

Hello everyone i sent this e-mail and created it today itself. I created this e-mail just as to get normal quotes from few of the web designing companies and didn't had intentions to use rustybrick.com name .
    plz comment

It's just a short term solution, but you might try contacting Google's gmail department with the details of the situation. Maybe they would cancel the account.

RustyBrick is a trademarked name and is protected by trademark law.
    Yep..

The thing is i'm sure you wouldn't mind if it was say a "brick" company or something non related..

But this is a way of taking someone rep..

    hmm..
