Has anyone noticed the AdWords account snapshot?

One of my clients AdWords accounts is currently displaying an account snapshot as the starter page.

Has anyone else seen this before as I can't find any information about this yet?

This has gone live in a few of my accounts this morning. Also, mobile text alerts which could be quite handy

does anyone know if you can see this at the "my client center" level, or do you need to log into each individual account?

There's no client center snapshot as it's specific to each account.

are their any updates to this at all? I do not have the snapshot as I login and would definitely like to see it.
