I heard that Yahoo opened its ads (clone of AdSense) to people in Europe now.

Has anybody from Europe been using them? Quick on payouts? Is the procedure simple (I mean withdrawals)?

According to the company the advertisers will be able to choose a budget and in advance get the information about what yield they can expect from the campaign.

Hmm, seems that I missed the point...

Can you tell what is the difference. Ad Program is for advertisers? Not for publishers who have their own sites?

  7. Default

To publish is to put something on your own site VS to advertise is to pay someone to put something on their site
