Did you test to make sure the clickable area changed on your ads? They did not change yet on mine, at least not on cartoonbarry.com.

Oh wait, starting sometime between yesterday morning and this morning my ads are now converted to the less clickable area. I will be watching CTR as well and report back here.

I have approximately the same CTR but eCPM is still less and less..
But I think it is not only main problem
My CTR has seemed to increase. But I also changed the placement of the ads, so who knows what caused it. My site with the best traffic (not the most, just the most targeted) gets nearly a 5% CTR now!
