Hello roundtables

Our server's located in the US, and our stats shows that the majority of our visits are coming in from there, but our business is catered worldwide, and back 5 years ago, our traffic are pretty spread out throughout the english speaking countries.

Anyway. My stats shows that we're getting 1/10th of traffic from other english speaking continents like Canada, australia, UK. Gramma differences, and spelling differences aside, our targeted keywords are pretty much the same.

So my question is...just because our server's located in the US, does that mean that folks using google.ca, google.co.uk etc. won't be able to find us? How can we remedy this situation, and expand across there?
