I think that banners advertising is the cheapest and most reliable way for propaganda and advertising, set the banner up in your target place, people will NOTICE one day!!!

TO be honest, I think the best off line promotion technqiue is to hand out free sample.

And if your products are really good, I gess people will all want to buy it next time, and no free lunch next time, of course!
