Hi! Thanks for answer................

Ummm, but no.
"nofollow" blogs may just as well allow people to comment. It's just that Google and some other search engines practically ignore the links you place in your comments. The LINKS on those blogs have the rel="nofollow" attribute.
Almost all blogs are "nofollow"-ed nowadays.

do follow blog's
do follow blog's are use for seo(when a webmaster commenting in your blog for that webmaster get one back link to her website).
no follow blog's are not best,it's not use for seo purpus.

While most blogs are nofollow by default wordpress does have a quick plugin to make all links dofollow.
Having your blog dofollow benefits those who comment because it gives them a backlink. It also creates a lot of spam....

If you are commenting on blogs or forum sites for SEO purposes, you better do choose those sites that have do follow attributes. It would help you get traffic on sites you posted on your comment.
-
do follow allow google or any other search engine to follow your link back to your site and give you a back link. A no follow link does not let the search engines follow it for a back link.

There are many lists, and even some directories available that identify blogs with DoFollow commenting. DoFollow commenting essentially means that the blog owner has removed the nofollow attribute from the comment author's links, thus making them valuable for link building purposes. And of course, those who are familiar with SEO know that the more backlinks you have, the better your site will do in search engine results, especially if you have good anchor text for these links.
DoFollow blog lists will commonly rank the blogs by their PR, or Google PageRank.
