How yahoo and bing rank a page?

Google rank a site base on back links, anyone know how yahoo and Bing rank?

Yahoo is more focus on the on-page while bing is more on the links,not really quality links that google needs. That is what I observe.

But why yahoo is lesser result when you are searching keywords compare to Google?

I think Yahoo also looks for backlinks but don't consider it as strong as onpage optimization...

As per my knowledge Yahoo rank website by its on-page seo work. As well as it also consider backlinks.

Backlinks and on page links are mainly considered by Yahoo, however the search results shown by Yahoo is less than Google. I also checked that Yahoo is not taking the Meta tags.

Yahoo Gives much Value to On-page of site that includes Site structure , Meta tags. If you really want to get Nice rank in yahoo make a user friendly website.
