2) Create a Squidoo Lens

5) Create a blog for your contents

6) Write a press release

7) Create Youtube Videos

8) Create Podcasts

9) Comment on relevant blogs and forum

There is not any tool which can improve site ranking you have to use SEO methods for it. Use high quality sites.

Yes, there are many tools available but they are nothing in comparison to manual efforts.

These tools will help you but to some extent or say they are an aid in your SEO campaign. I am using a tool called ‘keyword country’... Pretty helpful in strategizing and monitoring my efforts.

Tools will be helpful to some extent only. But it wont provide good results. If u want good ranking for long-term, then you go for manual submissions only.

As per my opinion don't go with any tool.its not more effective then manual work.so i would like to suggest you do manual submission everywhere.
