Thread: What if my blog has hundreds of keywords?

  1. Default What if my blog has hundreds of keywords?

Well my favorite website is wikipedia because I enjoy nearly every subject. So my blog is going to have tons of articles on different subjects. So my SEO strategy was just to organically go for hundreds of keywords. But I'd think the blog would focus on more keywords then others, given my interests.

If you are creating a blog, make sure you are writing for your audience not for search engines.

While writing for visitors if content demands tonne of keywords, you can do that...
On the other hand, if you are just focusing on keywords and then creating content, that will harm your website in a big way.

I agree 100% that you should be writing content for users and not the search engines.

With that said, if you're actually trying to rank for tons and tons of keywords, you'd probably be better served creating a few different blogs that have a tighter thematic concentration. Unless you're truly trying to create a Wikipedia clone, a blog without a clear focus will be confusing to your audience -- and quite difficult to rank in the search engines. I don't know how diverse your interests are, but you don't have to go overboard with the granularity of the blogs. For example, you could have a technology blog, a sports blog, etc. At least then, each blog would have some sort of focus.

You should write blogs and articles for people so that they like to visit your site regularly for more information and if you use so much keywords then your blog will be irritating for the people and if you use then nothing is wrong but use those keyword as it suited in sentence and its related to blog topic and in such way that people take that as information and people can not even assume that you have use keywords.
