Eye Problem - Using Computer

I start net business on Jan 2005. I work only 4 hours a day using ARC Plus glass. My eye problem starts on October.

My doctor told no problem in my eye. He gives me drops for two month. It not reduces my eye problem.

Now, I think to stop computer working. Please help me solve my eye problem giving best idea.

Is it the lack of blinking? Too much radiation coming from your screen?
Looking at too many ugly websites ?

I guess there's a specific solution to every single problem.......

Each hr u look at the screen take 20mins looking at anything in a the distance..

If you live in a cave then move house...

I think people should take this kind of problem more seriously.

I have recently spent an inordinate amount of time re-hashing an old site (it was sandboxed for two years, rejected by dmoz because the editor was an abnoxious bastard, and I decided I needed to learn a little mysql.

All in all I've spent what should be the holiday period producing a site which, apart from the colour change, looks very similar to its unwanted, unloved predecessor.

The result?

Apart from a recent 120% increase in visits, my main observation is a visual problem - I have repeated headaches and am unable to read when retiring from a day's programming.

Solution?

But it doesn't address the "real" problem (enjoyable as it is) - I would suggest a visit not t a generalist, but to an ophtalmologist - get some new lenses

It really is a problem - a problem which, I believe, is compounded by excess coffee...
