    i would suggest to first analyze keywords of other sites which are similar to your site than you can come to a conclusion

    Additional Tip:
    First of all is to target your local market - Choose the local place your servicing, following the competitive keyword. You can put the branded keyword after. You can play with those keyword and analyze what is the best for you campaign.
    You can check on your competitors too.

    For analyzing competitors you do need some knowledge about the product, otherwise you might end-up deriving wrong keywords!
