I have been working on one of the seo projects related online health insurance. I am doing all the activities like article submission, directory submission, social bookmarking, forum posting and blog commenting, but not getting the desired result as the keywords keep on jumping and some are still on the same position showing no improvements. Kindly suggest some different activities other than these one which will prove to be more effective and result oriented.

As google show the results that has the highly matched keyword to the entered query and quality content. So check for the keyword , are they searched by people for their need and also set your keyword right and provide the fresh content with that in your submission.

In off page opmization, Backlinks is a very important term. To improve page rank and traffic of a site, one should post Backlinks in a high rank Forums like as page rank 2-10 ranked in Google. Also, Directory submissions is also important to increase Backlinks performance of a site. Profile Links and Signature Links is important terms to increase site performence through Backlinks. You've do much link building work, but like directory submission, social bookmarking, and blog commenting, they are less effective than they once was, we understand that quality is more important than quantity, so pay more attention to strategies like article submitting (of course, keep an eye on Panda) and press release.
